Before your Registration Meeting

Once you’ve booked, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your client portal. Your portal will be your one-stop shop for all of your pet care needs! Take some time to fill out information about your home and your pet’s routines so we can customize our service to fit your needs.

We’re so excited to meet you! Once a manager meets you at your home, you can expect your Registration Meeting to include:

Going over pet care needs

We’ll ask questions about your pet and get a tour of all the pet-related items in your home so we can note them in your profile. Let us know all of the nitty-gritty details! The more information we have, the better we’re able to take care of your pets. We’ll document everything in your client profile so that your pet sitter or dog walker will have all the important information too.

Answering questions

First time using a pet care service? Not sure how to use the client portal? We’re there to answer all your questions. We’ll let you know what to expect from a dog walk or cat sitting visit, where to communicate with our team, how easy it is to schedule services, and more! 

Setting up secure access

At your Registration Meeting, we’ll also ensure that your pet care provider will have secure access into your house or apartment. We take the safety of your home and pets very seriously, so this is a crucial step!

Booking your first services

If you’re ready to go ahead and schedule your first dog walk or pet sitting visit, we’ll be right there to walk you through it! We’ll help you figure out the frequency and length of visits so your pet gets the care they need.
