Wendy was great about sending us updates, it was lovely knowing how reliable she was and that our kitty was in good hands. It takes our cat time to get used to new people, and everyday we could see her getting more comfortable.
This was our first experience with pet sitting (usually relied on neighbors in the past). The services, fees, etc was exactly as described, and the initial set up in the portal was very useful in terms of guiding us what info was helpful. We always struggled with boarding our pets because I never really knew what happened while they were there and they always seemed unsure when we dropped them off. It was also way to expensive no matter where we went.
I love that they get to feel safe at home. You are so responsive and you go above and beyond for my pets. You're reliable and trustworthy. My pets seem so happy! My dog is very shy and reserved but she has grown to love Marcy and it makes me feel so comforted.

Just hired Marcy to petsit our birds while we were out of town. She set up an account for me on her website, and from there it was really easy to schedule a booking for 2 visits to feed and water the birds while we were gone. She was flexible about the dates (we came back early) and even showed up before to meet the birds and for me to go over where everything was, etc.
Every visit I got an email with details of how the birds were doing and even photos! She even brought in the mail and watered the plants for us. When I clicked the link to see my portal I could even see timestamps of when she came and left, and a Google maps image showing she was there.
Already referred her to someone else.

Honestly, I have never been happier working with Marcy, the owner of The Right Fluff. Over the past 2 years, my boxer Kayla, has never been happier. The Right Fluff is an amazing pet care service, where Marcy is beyond compassionate, reliable and extremely organized. There is even an app, where you get to see the route Kayla and her walk daily. Having this app is remarkable since it provides all the detailed information, including the "actual timing" of the visit and pictures of the pets.
The Right Fluff is affordable for the services provided, trustworthy, insured- a "legit" business. I would recommend Marcy to ANYONE!! Being a part of The Right Fluff has changed my life completely. I had 2 dog walkers before, who were not reliable, not trustworthy and were not full-service care takers.

Finding pet care was difficult before. With so many options and it's hard to figure out who to trust.
The Right Fluff had great reviews online. When I first called, Marcy responded immediately and explained all the services. My dogs love Wendy! They are so excited to see her and the pictures she takes on their walk are awesome. It really puts me at ease that they get a bit of attention while I'm at work all day.
I would absolutely recommend them! The amount of belly rubs that my pups get is ridiculous! They are so spoiled by Wendy. Also, once when I was away and they were doing overnight stays, there was a leak in the apartment. Marcy called maintenance and stayed until everything was taken care of and the dogs were safe and out of the way. That's dedication.
I trust that the whole team will take care of my pets and anyone who becomes a client.

I was moving to MD and needed a dog walker. I hadn’t needed one when I lived in PA, so I wanted to be sure that I was working with people who were reliable and who would be a good match for Hershey. I found “The Right Fluff” online. After reading reviews, talking to and meeting Marcy, I was confident in my decision to go with this company. This was also a gamble.
Marcy was personable. I liked the pet care app as well and knowing that I had a dedicated walker for Hershey.
The Right Fluff communicates well and provides great service and coverage. Also, Marcy and Wendy are both lovely people. Wendy genuinely cares about Hershey and doesn’t treat him like “a job”.
