We Think Ahead, So You Don’t Have To

Imagine you’re on vacation, enjoying a relaxing time. Then, you hear a big snowstorm is coming to your hometown. That’s what happened to Jessica**! She was traveling this past winter when a big snowstorm was about to hit Montgomery County. But Jessica didn’t even know about the weather at home.

We did! Our team kept an eye on the weather and contacted Jessica three days before the snow was supposed to start. We talked about what to do if her flight home was cancelled and adjusted coverage to extend through the storm. However, Jessica decided it was best to come home early. We even tracked her flight and stayed in touch to make sure she got home safe. She made it just in time to cuddle up with her dogs during the snow!

Sometimes, our pre-set services aren’t quite right. That’s okay! We want to make sure you feel completely comfortable. Heather has two very active dogs that she crates when they are home alone. We visited her dogs multiple times a day and even stayed overnight when she traveled. But we could tell Heather was still worried.

We wanted to help! Rather than waiting, we proactively reached out to Heather and suggested creating a custom plan. We came up with three different ideas of how to structure services, like spending more time with her dogs or changing our arrival times. Heather liked the idea of changing the arrival times, and we worked together to make a plan that was perfect for her. Now, she can travel without any worries!

We’re a Team, So You Always Have Coverage

Finding someone reliable to walk your dog can be hard, especially if your dog has special needs. Max’s owners had trouble finding a walker because he’s big and needs extra care. They needed someone to walk him five days a week, no matter what.

We knew we had to make sure they always had coverage. We made sure that two or three walkers were familiar with Max at all times. The primary walker would have the other staff shadow a walk and meet Max before it was even necessary. As a result, if Max’s regular walker is sick or on vacation, someone else is ready to step in. There's never a disruption in Max’s care.
