COVID-19 UPDATES

The country is opening up, and here in Montgomery county we have entered Phase 2 of re-opening. What does that mean for you and your pets?

 

As we all know, COVID-19 is still a risk, and very much present in the community. However, maybe you must travel for a family or work emergency, or perhaps you are now required to go back into the office. The Right Fluff is prepared to assist you with your pet sitting and dog walking needs! We have taken additional steps to ensure the safety of you and your pets, as well as our staff, during this time.

 

Our Procedural Updates Include...

COVID-19 Certification for Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers

TRAINING

The staff is committed to keeping contamination to a minimum. As part of this effort, all of The Right Fluff's staff has taken the COVID-19 Certification course for Professional Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

The staff have been trained on the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). All staff members are required to wear masks for the duration of their visits. Staff members have been provided with masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer.

INCREASED SANITATION

All surfaces utilized by the staff member will be wiped down, such as counter tops, sink handles, and shared materials. Staff are required to wash their hands before and after visits. Staff members will refrain from entering areas of the home or touching anything unless necessary for the care of your pet.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

We are offering modified registration meetings outdoors and through video conference. As part of our physical distancing policy, staff will ensure that all dogs being walked remain at least 6 feet apart from all other pedestrians and pets.
